MAS TAPAS POR FAVOR??

While traveling through Spain, we quickly found that eating tapas was the only way to eat. There were some other large meals and famous dishes, such as paella that we tried a few times (rice mixed with chicken, beef or seafood and other vegetables). But we were always on the go, or trying to save money, so we would get tapas through out the day. Tapas are a miniature or appetizer-sized portion of meals. For example, we would order a Tapa of filet and it would come out on a miniature plate and would be way cheaper than the big portion. Eating tapas all the time was great because we could try a little bit of everything and it quickly cured our hunger (which was always).

If you go to Tapas bars and buy beer, you will get free tapas with each drink that you order. The Spanish do this so that way your stomach is full while you are consuming alcohol and don't get sick. So the big question here is, why don't we do cool things like this in America???
